For the first time in history, the NLPQT project was promoted during the fair event: the jubilee, XXX International Defense Industry Exhibition, MSPO, held in Kielce from 6 to 9 September 2022. It is the third largest presentation of defense sector companies and institutions in Europe. In addition to stands where you could see military equipment, you could also find stands devoted to the prospects of applying modern technologies in the defense industry. Such was the nature of the Photonics 4 Defense stand organized by the Polish Technological Platform on Photonics, within which the NLPQT Project was presented. Visitors could learn about the possibilities of the infrastructure built as part of the Project, e.g. for the development of pulse lasers with very high resistance to environmental conditions, laser micromachining stations, or a test platform for the development of safe communication methods based on quantum effects. In addition to talking to visitors to the NLPQT stand, the Project representatives also took part in the Photonics 4 Defense seminar, where they presented the prospects of using the Project’s infrastructure in the defense industry.
