Dr. Eng. Grzegorz Dudzik
His research activity is related to laser spectroscopy of trace amounts of gases with innovative detection techniques. He is the main constructor of an innovative, miniature gas sensor based on photothermal effects inside the cavity of a diode-pumped solid-state laser. In his research work he also designs and builds laser sources for applications in gas spectroscopy, frequency stabilization, laser frequency standards, laser interferometry and vibrometry. His work includes also the design and practical applications of advanced analog and digital electronic circuits. He has many years of professional experience as the main constructor (among other things, he has developed interferometric laser systems and iodine-based laser frequency standards). He participated in 10 research projects, primarily as the principal investigator. He commercialized several products in the field of laser technology and was granted 12 patents. He has extensive experience in the commercialization of research and implementation of prototype devices and devices intended for operation in non-laboratory conditions.
