Dr. Eng. Katarzyna Mroczkowska
She conducts research on the laser modification of materials (mainly metals, polymers, pyrolytic carbon) and the production of oxide layers on the surface of metals that increase corrosion resistance. She works on technologies for structuring the surface of materials to control their wettability and developed a number of solutions in the field of color marking of metals using laser radiation. She also deals with the analysis of chemical composition of materials.
